Ed Garrett
Born and bred Bristolian, Ed has been immersed in design and music all his life. He founded Garrett Creative in 2017, combining his business development and project delivery experience with the bank of graphic design skills he developed while managing shops and record labels.
The creative brain and studio engineer behind Run Tingz Recordings, Ed brings his specialist insight and studio skills to our music industry work and animation projects.
Isabella Cheung
Isabella joined us towards the end of 2020 after a number of years freelancing in the UK and Indonesia. Graduating from Chelsea School of Art (UAL) with a 1st class degree in Graphic Design Communication, not to mention a coveted D&AD New Blood Award, she was an absolute catch and beat nearly 200 other applicants to her role.
Specialising in brand design, research and concept development, Isabella brings a level of passion and skill to the team that continues to be invaluable.
Beatriz Leonardo
Having lived all over Europe before coming to study in Bristol, Beatriz has built up a wide range of experience from illustration and printmaking to motion and graphic design.
Currently residing in Lisbon Portugal, Beatriz’s speciality is bringing together her varied skills and blending areas of creativity, whether that’s mixing analogue and digital design, music and visual art, or small and large-scale prints.
She is an incredible artist, she leads on the majority of our illustration work and is the longest standing team member of the studio.
Elvien Daru
Hailing from a small town in Lampung, Indonesia, Elvien has been working in design and illustration since 2015.
One of the most talented designers we’ve met, she brings a signature style of beautifully drawn, colourful and modern designs to the studio. Her focus is on branding and logo design, and her unique approach is an instrumental part of our work.
Ben Menter
Further representing the Bristol contingent, Ben is another one of our team who grew up in our home town.
Creative through and through, as well as being one of our most senior designers, Ben has an impressive music career behind him and is otherwise known as Mr Benn to local reggae and hip hop fanatics.
Specialising in graphic design, print management and large format, Ben comes to us with years of experience designing for businesses, record labels and the 3rd sector. What a legend!
Mahalia Curtis
One of our summer signings of 2021, Mahalia graduated from Bristol University with a 1st class degree in Art History. She is passionate about our work in the 3rd sector and the studio’s sustainability journey.
Joining us as our first full time Marketing Executive & Copywriter, Mahalia works tirelessly towards the growth and development of the studio and our clients. Oh, and did we mention she’s also an incredible illustrator!
Justine Viot
Born in France, Justine graduated from L’école de Design Nantes Atlantique with a degree in UX/UI Design. She joined us in Summer 2021 as a full time Website and UX Designer, with the objective of elevating our web design offering and building on our user-led approach to design.
Her other creative passion is sustainable fashion, she is taking the reigns of our collaboration project with the Future Leap and plans to study further in the field.
